To all our very very deal friends. Thank you so much for your love, care and professional dedication shown to Philip and myself since last August. This transfer placement for Philip to be nearer home, and his extended family was suddenly offered and gratefully accepted. We truly do not wish to leave Bassett House and will miss you all sadly it is a must. As a family we shall all benefit from our close proximity. To everybody, congratulations on your expertise. It has been a privilege sharing with everyone, stay safe and well.
I just wanted to write to you and thank you all for the care you gave to Richard whilst he was with you at Bassett House. I know at times he was very low and hard to communicate with and could be a challenge. Thank you also for the "care" and support to me which I found invaluable. It was always a pleasure visiting Bassett House, without exception everyone although sometimes verybusy always had time to talk to me and have a laugh. It is too numerous to name everyone but in addition to yourselves Kate, Ismay, Chris Nancy, Hazel and Smiler all were very kind and took time to explain things, or tell me how he had been or to just talk and I will miss that.
Many thanks for all your kindness compassion and caring not only to our Mother in her hours of greatest need but to us her daughters and son who felt that we and our families had been given every possib le comfornt and support while we struggled with the inevitable outcome. Her reluctance to leave this work was not only her strong family ties but also the comfort she received from yourselves.
This card comes to say a huge thank you to each and every one of the staff who looked after my precious Dad during his brief stay here. The care, concern and dignity you showed him was truly wonderful. I will always be so grateful that you were able to get him back outside in the fresh air and sunshine that he loved so much.
On behalf of the family I would like to thank you all at Bassett House for the kindness and care given to Dad on his recent stay. We will never forget what you all did for him.
I would like to express my thanks to you all for the part you played in making the last few days of mum's life as comfortable as possible. Only a few would do what you do. I know mum would have expressed her gratitude when she we was able.

It is down to the remarkable staff that makes Bassett House such a cheerful, friendly home to visit. The kindness and compassion shown not only to the residents but to their families as well is second to none. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you all for the love and care you have shown my Dad during his time at Bassett House. You all do a wonderful job and if I was asked to give a "star rating" it would definitely be a ten out of ten across the board. Because of everything you do I feel more than a little sad that Dad will be leaving but I am pleased that he'll be nearer to all his family. A huge thank you to you all. With much appreciation.
