AMS Care Limited was established in 2006 following a demerger from a company established in 1997 to develop and operate Care Homes. AMS completed the construction of Gifford House Care Home in June 2006 and commenced trading on 1st September 2006.
On 18th January 2010 AMS acquired land in Wootton Bassett and commenced the development of a 63 bed Care Home which was completed in January 2011.
Bassett House Care Home opened in February 2011.
In May 2017 AMS commenced on the extension of Gifford House Care Home.
